Most people i know of who have taken cialis do eventually get over the symptoms, within a few weeks.
My oh took 5mg daily for some months with side effects limited to chronic heartburn, for which he took lansoprazole he stopped this because it didnt really work, and started on injections (which do). I would also caution against stacking ed meds until you have some experience with each on its own, building up the dose until you find what is right for you.
